Questions
What exactly am I buying?
A web tool you open in your phone's browser, on up to three devices, for one payment. There is no app to install, no monthly fee, and no account to keep topped up. The bundle also gets you every tool released after you buy, at no extra cost.
Do they work without a signal?
Yes. Every tool runs on the device in your hand and keeps its data there, which is the whole point when the pit is at the far end of the yard or you are parked in a field. Load the page once with a signal and it works after that.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. Your cooks, logs and saved settings live in your own browser and are never sent to us. That also means clearing your browser data clears them, so the tools that hold history let you export.
I bought The Pitmaster Academy on Skool. What do I get?
Every tool, including the ones that have not landed yet. Open the Pit Tools section inside the Academy course for your claim code, then enter it on the claim page with your email. Your personal code arrives by email.
I am a monthly member on Skool. Are the tools included?
No. The monthly membership covers the premium guides inside Skool. The tools come with The Pitmaster Academy, or you can buy them here on their own.
I got a new phone. Now what?
A code works on three devices at a time. If you have used all three, email us and we will clear the old one off so the new phone can take its place.
