Refund & Download Policy

This policy covers all digital guide purchases made through Backyard BBQ-R. Please read it before purchasing.
Digital Products
All Backyard BBQ-R premium guides are digital products delivered as PDF files. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," all sales are final.
All digital guide purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- You were charged but did not receive a download link or access to your guide
- The file you downloaded is corrupted, blank, or unreadable
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- A technical error on our end prevented delivery
For any of these issues, contact us at backyardbbqr@gmail.com with your order details and we will resolve it promptly.
Download Issues
If you experience any trouble downloading your guide after purchase:
- Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folder) for a download confirmation
- Try downloading from a different browser or device
- Make sure you have a PDF reader installed
- If the issue persists, email backyardbbqr@gmail.com with your order confirmation and we will resend the download link
License & Use
Purchased guides are licensed for personal use only. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the guide in any form
- Share the guide publicly or upload it to file-sharing platforms
- Use the guide commercially without written permission
Free Guides
Free weekly guides available on the Free Guides page are provided at no cost and require no purchase. They are available for personal, non-commercial use.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Backyard BBQ-R does not store your payment card information. If you have a billing dispute, contact us at backyardbbqr@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
